Zipeng Liu

Dr. Zipeng Liu is an Assistant Professor at the School of Software, Beihang University, with research interests in information visualization, human-computer interaction, and data analysis. He is dedicated to designing innovative visualization methods to improve data interaction and communication, leveraging computational power to tackle complex real-world problems. His research spans multilayer data structures, including hierarchical data and visualizations for graph neural network embeddings. Dr. Liu earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, working alongside renowned experts such as Dr. Tamara Munzner and Professor Xiaoru Yuan. His work has received honorable mentions at IEEE conferences and has been published in top-tier conferences and journals.
