Seungwon Do

Seungwon Do is a research engineer with expertise in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and artificial intelligence applications, and a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Seoul National University, under the supervision of Professor Jinwook Seo. He is currently working as a research engineer at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) in South Korea, focusing on developing AI-driven systems for real-time battlefield situational awareness, utilizing technologies such as reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and deep learning models. He earned his bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology) and his master's degree in Culture Technology from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), where his research focused on optimizing human cognition and behavior in mixed reality environments. His research aims to enhance situational awareness in complex battlefield environments through reliable and explainable AI solutions.
