Eugene Cho

Eugene Cho Snyder is a researcher specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), whose work integrates perspectives from communication studies and media psychology to explore how humans interact with nonhuman entities such as conversational agents, recommendation systems, and smart home environments. Her research examines how sensory interactions and information filtering systems influence user perceptions of AI-driven virtual agents. In teaching, she is committed to learning alongside students to enhance user experiences and promote seamless interactions within digital product environments. She currently works at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, advancing research and education in these fields.
