Timothy Neate

Timothy Neate is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the Department of Informatics, King's College London. He is a UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Future Leaders Fellow and a recipient of the EPSRC New Investigator Award. His research focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and accessibility design, specifically developing innovative interaction technologies for users with communication disabilities. He is dedicated to enabling these users to better integrate into society and enhancing interpersonal communication through design and research. His research spans areas such as multimodal technologies, wearable devices, and digital content creation, collaborating with organizations such as Microsoft Research, Tobii Dynavox, and Transport for London to support individuals with disabilities.
