Claire Liang

Claire Liang is a METEOR Postdoctoral Researcher at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), working in the Interactive Robotics Group. She earned her PhD in Computer Science in August 2023 from Cornell University under the supervision of Professor Hadas Kress-Gazit, as part of the Verifiable Robotics Research Group. Her research interests include Human-Computer Interaction, Robot Navigation, Minimal Information Planning, and Social Group Structure Modeling, with a growing focus on collaboration between multi-robot and human teams. She has published several papers at leading conferences such as CHI, ICRA, and IROS, with widespread recognition for her work.
