Mitchel Resnick

Mitchel Resnick is the LEGO Papert Professor of Learning Research at the MIT Media Lab and the creator of the globally popular Scratch programming language. He leads the "Lifelong Kindergarten" research group, dedicated to developing new technologies and activities to inspire creative learning experiences. He collaborated with the LEGO Group to develop the LEGO Mindstorms robotics kit and co-founded the Computer Clubhouse network that serves youth in low-income communities.
