Katrin Heimann

Katrin Heimann is an interdisciplinary researcher with a background in philosophy and neuroscience, having over 10 years of experience in empirical research. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Aarhus University, focusing on training educators with particular attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her research spans micro-phenomenology, human-computer interaction, and universal design, aiming to address issues of conflict and collaboration in neurodiverse classrooms through innovative methods. Katrin is also a key recipient of the Bevica Scholarship program, with a project dedicated to exploring how universal design can drive transformative changes in education.
